March 16 - 27

Daily Math:

Each day the students should complete three math tasks. Below you will find a break down of each task.

         1. iReady: The students will complete one teacher assigned iReady lesson daily. Each of these lessons will serve as a spiral review of a topic we have previously covered this year. (Lessons should take approx. 20-30 mins)
         2. Math Review Assessment (SENT VIA EMAIL): Over the course of the two weeks, students will work to complete one TNReady style practice test. Each day the students will complete 4-5 multiple choice/multiple select questions. Students may print out the test and record their answers straight on the handout, or students can record their answers on a separate sheet of paper. *An answer key can be found below. Please review your child's answers each day. If they get one wrong, please mark it so I will be able to see which questions gave them a hard time, finally please go over that question with them. Partnering this way will help make these 2 weeks of learning powerful!
        3. Multiplication Facts: Practice, Practice, Practice! These kiddos have worked so hard to learn their facts this year. Just 10 - 15 minutes a day of daily practice will go such a long way in the retention of these facts. During week one, students should just practice reviewing all their facts 0-8. During week two, students should focus on our final fact - 9s! Students may practice anyway they choose - games, apps, flashcards, etc!
